Solid State Audio
The SoundClip-12 is from our range of compact, stand-alone, high quality stereo audio players. It can be used to present audio through headphones via two 3.5mm audio jacks or 2 speakers via the screw terminals.
Play Modes
.mp3 files are stored on a USB Stick or SD card (included) which is then inserted into the SC-12.
The SC-12 can be programmed to play up to 99 files in a number of ways via a Mode.txt file;
- 1 file activated by each button (interruptible / non-interruptible)
- Autoplay on headphone pickup (with our autoplay range)
- PIR activation
- Looping / holding track with additional button activation
- Next / Previous track mode
- 1 Button triggers a folder of tracks, same button to skip through
The SC-12 can be activated via buttons or PIR (not included) and can be set to interruptible or non-interruptible mode (once a message begins playing it can or cannot be interrupted via another activation).
NOTE: Windows OS is required to program your SC-12 using a PC or Laptop (XP – 10). MacOS is not supported due to hidden files generated by the OS.
Output Options
- Up to two handsets / headsets
- Up to two speakers
- Lighting – lights will activate when content plays, and deactivate when content stops
Note: Only 1 Autoplay device can be paired with the SC-12
Fitting Options
The device is incredibly easy to install due to its compact size and low weight. The efficient nature of the SC-12’s design and its two fixing wings means it can be installed securely into any suitable space.
