Media Formatting Instructions
Read the manual below (1), download the software (2) and use the encoding software for your product (3).
1) Encoding Software Manual: download
This manual will take you through the formatting process and explain how to use the software below.
2) SUPER Encoding Software: download
Download this software to convert your media for use with our audio and video products. After installation please do not update this software.
3) Product Profiles
These are pre-configured profiles that you use with the ‘SUPER’ software to convert media into the correct format for our products.

Product Manuals & Information Sheets
All manuals and information sheets can be found on the product page, use the top menu or search field to find your product, then navigate to the ‘Downloads’ tab on the product page.
Discontinued Product Support
If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you must contact us first within 14 days to see if we can provide a solution for your problem, if not, you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number which can be obtained by emailing email@example.com.
We will refund your purchase however you will be liable for a 20% restocking charge should you wish to return any items that are not damaged or defective.
We supply all of our goods with a 1 year return to manufacture warranty as standard. We also offer maintenance contracts to ensure limited downtime should an issue occur, please contact us for more information.
