Damaged Goods

In the case of damaged or defective goods you must inform us in writing (email) within 24 hours of receipt of said goods. Any defect or specification in any goods or services shall not give the purchaser any grounds for cancelling the remainder of an order or contract, nor shall it be grounds for delay in payment for goods already delivered.

Blackbox-av are not responsible for any loss or expense to the purchaser resulting from the receipt of damaged goods.

Upon notification of the receipt of damaged or defective goods we will first attempt to resolve the defect, if this is not possible we will supply you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number and begin the process of replacing your goods.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you must contact us first within 7 days to see if we can provide a solution for your problem, if not, you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number which can be obtained by emailing support@blackboxav.co.uk.

We will refund your purchase however you will be liable for a 20% restocking charge should you wish to return any items that are not damaged or defective.

Maintenance Contract

We supply all of our goods with a 1 year return to manufacture warranty as standard. We also offer maintenance contracts to ensure limited downtime should an issue occur, please contact us for more information.
